ADMISSION PROCEDURES
ADMISSIONS are offered to Kindergarten(MTS to UKG), and Grade I to IX subject to availability of seats and eligibility.

Application Form
Parents who desire to use to Vikas Public School can either download the Brochure and gain the utility shape the Website or School Office with the aid of paying the prescribed fee directly/on line / Cheque The application can be downloaded from the faculty website (www.Vikaspublicschool.Org).

Admissions to Vikas Public School are processed through the following organised procedures.

Submit the duly completed application form on or before the stipulated date. The following documents should be submitted along with the completed form:

  • Certified copy of the School Report Card of the previous academic year (If applicable).
  • Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school (If applicable).
  • Five passport size photographs and two stamp size photographs of the applicant.
  • Certified copy of the birth certificate.
  • Certified copies of the Aadhar Cards of the applicant and both the parents or guardians.
  • All photocopies must be self-attested along with the date of attestation.
  • Attested copy of the caste certificate and minority certificate (If applicable).

    • Admission test
    After the submission of the completed application form, the candidates must take admission test and after the admission test, the candidates along with the parents will be Intimated regarding further procedure.

    Certificate Verification
    When the candidate comes for the admission test, all original documents (whichever is relevant) should be brought to the school for verification.

    Face-to-face interaction
    The candidate will be called for a face-to-face interaction along with their parents.

    confirmation of admission and payments
    On confirmation of the candidates, parents will be required to pay the fees on or before the stipulated dates.

    Mode of payment
    The parents can pay directly at the school office or through online /Cheque /banktransfer.

    Non-Refundability
    After the payment is made, the admission is considered finalized, and the payment, once completed, is non-refundable under any circumstances. There is no provision for the cancellation of admission and refund once the admissions process is completed.
